To be fair to all, M99 has always been crap at customer communications. Having said that Paul has organised previous buys with him and everything has turned up fine, just don't expect to get a reply to any queries!
Don't take it personally if the company fails to respond, that's SOP.
I'm sure someone in the buy would be willing to receive the Ozzie parcel and post it on.
I am quite happy to trust Paul to deal with M99, and as you say, he has dealt with them successfully before.
