But if you still haven't heard anything, I guess I'll have to pull out.

I still haven't received a reply from them to my inquiry, and by now I doubt very much that I will.

I find it very poor form for a company to just ignore customer inquires, If they can't do it or can't be arsed doing it, they should at least have the common courtesy to at least reply.

How hard would it be for them to reply to me with something like: "Sorry we aren't able to ship to Australia" or even the cold harsh truth of: "We can't be arsed"
I could accept that, shug, say to myself: "fair enough" and go find another company who do bother to offer customer service and aren't so choosey about accepting my money.

But be buggered if I'll pay a company money for the privilege of them being rude to me, there's plenty of people out there who are quite happy to be rude to me for free!

No joy getting hold of him this end, either he's away or something else has cropped up but i'm guessing (don't really know) sorry mate

This bloke that M99 has stuffed around is now stuck with the same model that I was after, so I've made him an offer.

Oh shoot, those are a couple of very worrying reports about the supplier...

To be fair to all, M99 has always been crap at customer communications. Having said that Paul has organised previous buys with him and everything has turned up fine, just don't expect to get a reply to any queries!

Don't take it personally if the company fails to respond, that's SOP.
I'm sure someone in the buy would be willing to receive the Ozzie parcel and post it on.

Thanks David your right and I would willingly send the parts onto Cobber if he wants

I am quite happy to trust Paul to deal with M99, and as you say, he has dealt with them successfully before.
