Hey Guys/Girls, Hello from sunny West Cumbria.

I bought my TF 160 SPRINT 3 weeks ago, so far enjoying it although it is only a weekend toy. The list of things recently done by previous owner>>>>>>>
Recent brake discs and pads all round
Rear brake lines replaced
stainless steel manifold and down pipes
Stainless steel under floor coolant pipes
Recent front Toyo Proxes
Heated glass rear screen fitted
Both cam belts replaced about 4000miles ago
Head gasket replaced at 24460 miles

My history of soft tops is, 4 TVR's (2 S2's and 2 wedges) a boxster and a BMW Z3M. Numerous bikes, my favourite was a Ducati 916. I also have a 1974 Jenson Healey in my garage. It is SORN'd but road worthy if I get round to putting an MoT on it. So as you can tell by that list, I don't mind getting my hands dirty keeping things running.

I was toying with buying another weekend toy and was looking at Mx5's. (don't ban me yet, they tick a lot of boxes). I then saw some pictures of an MGTF 160, I showed my mrs and she agreed that the TF looks better. So here we are now, an impulse buy. Thought about it on the Thursday and bought it on the Saturday. I've lowered the seat 30mm and have ordered a second hand wind deflector that I will re trim. Although the time of the wind blowing my hair around is long gone.

I've tried to upload this once and it disappeared so I hope it doesn't turn into a double posting

Hello and Welcome. I have the same grey 160 Sprint but with a grey hood. I was at Cartmel this weekend. Fine soft top weather...

Some call X power grey a good primer  but I think it's one of the best colours.
