Been on the forum/site for a few days, but missed this thread so thought I'd better say 'howdy'.
From the small village of Auctermuchty (Jimmy Shand and the Proclaimers land). I have a FVVC in Platinum with KnN,TT4 and a few go faster stickers and cosmetic mods. I have had the F (Humphrey) for a few years now. When I got him he had already had a new HG, but needed another one straight away, which the selling garage did for me...since then it's been fine.

I trundle around with the local MGFreedom group up here our runs usually include evasive actions to avoid Deer and the occasional Haggis! :woohoo:

I have posted some fotos already, although I do need to get new updated ones and will post as soon as I get them.

I am semi retired, live in an old cottage, married (40yrs plus) to May, who suffers the open top from behind several blankets. I like cats (they taste like chicken!!) :P
BTW my origins are part French, mostly English, with a family in Alabama and have lived in Scotland 30plus years.....so I hope that qualifies me to be accepted. :hugs:

The expression he put into his accordion music.

I saw him nearly smile once... ;)

Ah David that was a very rare occasion - I think there are only 3 recorded evidences of him smiling. Did you know that he was a motor bike fanatic - big Nortons I think..he used to tear up and down the lanes in Fife...probably smiled then.

Being in Border ITV area, we used to get The White heather Club at New Year. Jimmy Shand, Kenneth McKellar, and Moira Anderson... Those were the days... Bloody dreadful! :P
