  • I would tell Kia the car is clearly not fit for purpose and under the consumer rights act you want a straight refund. You have given them more than enough time to fix it. Neither Kia nor the dealer can ignore the law of the land. Tell them you will add any costs of recovery of the money to the bill. Send it to the dealer as a registered letter addressed to the dealer principal or a named director of Kia.
