If purchasing a tf with service history it still doesn't hurt to have a poke around inside the timing case for piece of mind...belts are one thing but if that tensioner never got replaced or that water pump...hey ho...I inspected mine on purchase..pump and tensioner plus alt belt...gets rid of nagging doubt....🤔
Even check the crank damper has none of this is mentioned when a service book gets stamped...nice to see a nice dry belt case with no contamination .
