Where do I Buy, Beg or Borrow the Tools I Need?

The purpose of this thread is to be where you can ask about sourcing any tools and equipment you might need for a repair or project.

It's also a place where you could share, (for the benefit of other members) and post any bargains/specials you may have come across in you travels.
Though it's not much good to anyone else if it was the last one in the shop and you bought it!
