Now repeat another 3 times.

Feed the top rod of the damper through the aperture and refit the bush, cup washer and nut. Tighten finger tight.



Attach the bottom of the damper, ensuring the various parts are in the correct order.









Tighten the damper top nut with a 7mm spanner and a 17mm spanner.

Now you can fit the new damper. Again, they are marked.



Remove the top nut, cup washer and top bush.

Now you need to wind out the adjuster nut 18 turns.



This should give you somewhere near the right height.
Fit the lock nut, but don't tighten it at this point.

You can now refit the mounting bracket.
