Rover 75 / MG ZT configure dealer options

Is pscan able to configure the dealer options on the R75 / MG ZT?
I've just had a replacement ECU fitted which required a T4 session and the speed lock has been reset to active (I normally have it disabled) and also disable the auto on feature for the rear window defrost, again, I have this disabled. To the best of my knowledge, this is the full list of options that could be configured by the dealer using T4

1. Daytime running lamps on or off
2. Speed locking on or off
3. Lazy lock and vent (using the door key not the fob) on or off
4. Single point entry (one press to open drivers door, second press for rest)
5. Headlamp delay on or off
6. Tail lamp delay on or off
7. Number plate lamp delay on or off
8. Intelligent wipe (wiper speed goes down a notch under 5 mph) on or off
9. Programmed wash wipe (no program or 2,3 or 4 wipes)
10. One shot down on or off
11. One shot up on or off (drivers window only with 4 electric windows)
12. Bathrobe locking (car can be locked from outside with engine running

Not at the moment.
I would eventually love to do this but it's a lot of work.
I'm afraid that you'll need another T4 session.
