Pscan help

Hi all,

need some help with my pscan unit. For some reason when I connect it to the car and check the ports, I don’t have a prompt to select what module I want to get access to.

for example for the alarm systems there is no box or prompt to access that system or any other systems like it.

I can access the ecu through the obd2/eobd. But have very basic access like live data and reading code and clearing codes.

just wondering if anyone else has come across this issue before and can help me.

Does the software ask you to register your laptop?  When it asks you to register you have to say "Yes" to get the non EOBD ECUs.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and it doesn’t ask to register the laptop, I have had the software work before on this laptop but for some reason it isn’t working now. The is a can section available but doesn’t connect to the cars.

I suspect that your laptop has been de-registered.
There is an option in the menus to show the license information.  Please make sure that you copy all of it and paste into a message or email to me.
