Hi, looking for a manual. My friend has had a bit of a bash in their mg3 and the front bumper needs to come off, owners manual tells me nothing, so was hoping someone had a link to a workshop manual or a Haynes manual that they could share. Thank you!

Sadly this forum is for fans of the MGF/TF/LE500 2 seater convertible so there is not my knowledge of the MG3.
It might be worth looking in the How to guides for bumper removal and see if the MG3 is similar, in my experience most modern cars are similar.
