Looking for backbox or full system to suit 200+Hp engine I have an mg express with a full janspeed system and I'm looking to transplant my engine into my TF I think I can modify and reuse my current manifold so ideally looking for an mgtf janspeed backbox or similar to retain power any advice welcome

The TF (and Rover 100) exhaust downpipe is unusual amongst K series cars in that it doesn't have a pre cat due to the heat generated so close to the fuel tank.

If the Janspeed doesn't have a pre cat you'll be ok.

Yes I noticed the zr 160 hasn't one either I do have a janspeed manifold looking for a backbox for the TF that isn't too loud but gives good power
