I have one of these and I am very pleased with it. I originally had the mesh type but replaced it. The clear perspex gives good rear vision. It was easy to fix and the holes left from the original fixtures I just got some grommits to cover them. Hope that helps.
I want to get a windstop for my 2004 TF but really cannot afford a nce new genuine one.

I've had two in the past. They are good. Just don't over tighten the 3 mounting screws and put the windows up if you're doing more than 70 mph. You can see it in this video.
