Recently back from our marathon trip around Europe on the wrong side of the road and all and my mate just did this to his steppy in a local supermarket car park. Some how his foot got stuck between the brake and the throttle pedal whilst reversing. It rapidly picked up speed and came to a halt buried in to the front corner of a Ford Focus.

What a shame; another TF gone to the scrapyard in the sky!

Yes Richard a MK2 Stepspeed F on a 02 plate 49 k, my mate has been offered a very decent insurance settlement with the option of buying it back for parts.

Looks nasty, I hope no one was hurt.

All though it looks nasty there should be quite a bit that can be salvaged and transferred to another "regular" shell.

Fortunately only his pride was hurt, he loved it and is gutted, The search for a replacement is on, at least no shortage of spares for it .
