Andy, perhaps it might be a good idea to suggest this idea on some other car club forums if you're struggling for numbers. After all it's just a fun / interest event / meet.
Would be looking around 10 cars to make it worthwhile.
Seeing as it will be just after the Christmas period, give a rough price guide too if you can.

Now in the events section. Date to be confirmed.
I've rejected also, as my cars not likely to be back in one piece till April at there earliest.
I'll be interested if it can be postponed until the summer.
