it didn't involve getting covered in oil so that rates as 'not too bad'. we're hardy up here so heated elements are reserved for SAAB drivers.

Oops! I used to have an '87 900i and it was a brilliant car - and yes, I did enjoy the heated seats in winter.

So having replaced a cover is there anything you can do with the old one? Most of it is destined for the bin but with luck you may have enough left for a sunglasses case - it's foam backed too so ideal for a bit of padding.

This is a consequence of too much Blue Peter when young.
