What did you use to polish the heater dial rings?

sought of do it with my own style...lol

across between 400, 1000, wet & dry

fine paste and ruff polishing wax on polishing wheels

autosol then re-wax,

the shine seems to last longer and be a lot deeper if the final stage is back to the fine wax and not autosol
