I've searched and just get more confused. Can someone give me a definitive type I can buy quite quickly as my car is getting a new cam belt and stainless pipes on Wednesday.

Just google "OAT coolant".

You can either get ready mixed / ready to use, or you can buy concentrated and dilute it 50:50 with distilled water.

Halfords sell both if you need it quickly, or look at something like Comma XStream G30 for example - available in many of the motor factors.

And that particular product (Extreme G30) should be suitable if you have silicone hoses fitted.
