Badge engineered???
If you mean it was badge engineered from the Qvale Magnagusta I have to disagree.
By the time the SV went into production the two had very little in common.
I think if MGR had lasted long enough to refine /develop the SV or even make a Mk2 version it would
have been a much better car. With well under 100 built it wasn't much more than a prototype.
In terms of the question "Coolest MG-two seater of the last 20 years" I don't think it has much competition, although "Cool"
is subjective.
