Hi all

In previous years, those of us from the South East have met up at Thurrock before heading on round to South Mimms for the official start.

So, I'm proposing we do the same this year and meet at Thurrock Services at 20:00 and then leave at 20:30 for South Mimms.

Anyone want to join in? I've posted a similiar thread over on .org so hopefully there will be a few of us.

Looking forward to catching up with those of you I know and those I don't yet know

Darren, last year we left at 8.30 and had to park at the back when we got there. How about meeting ay 7.30 and leaving at 8.00. just a thought.

I'm OK with that but Whiz's thread over on .org (started before mine) suggests an 8:30 depart from Thurrock.

I guess it depends on how early the guys from the South Coast want to set off.

We will be up for this. 3 cars, you can't beat a good convoy

The consensus is that we meet at Thurrock at 19:30 with an 20:00 departure for South Mimms by 20:30. The thread over on .org has also been updated.

A couple of us from Kent are meeting up in Dartford to travel together to Thurrock to rendevous with you there

A bunch of us are meeting as Tui's house for tea about half 5 and leaving there around 6 (via Brighton Asda) to get to Thurrock for half 7. Leave when everyone ready to get to South Mimms for 8.30 to get good spaces

Sorry, in the absense of other info I thought you were meeting at Asda.
