Please can one of the moderators take a look at Judith's Handyman's account and unlock it so he can get back on.  He's suddenly not been able to get beyond the logon page.

This seems to be the only way that members who have been accidentally locked out can flag a problem to the moderators: via another forum or happening to know another member's email.
