Can anyone advise me on where to buy one ? 
Are they still available ?
I assume they are heated ?

Hello

You can try here  mgf-replacement-glass-window-gw102 , good quality part, but maybe you could find a cheaper deal somewhere else.

Yes, they are heated, you might already have the wiring (for an eventual hard-top) but you'll have to get the switch and the right relay for your vehicle

Thanks I guess it’s not too bad a price but theirs comes with a coloured fabric panel and glass all in, was hoping to find just the glass and do it myself (if doing it yourself is possible)
Wiring all in as my hard top has heated screen….

The glass rear window isn’t a one for one replacement, it is smaller. You couldn’t get a “full size “ rear window in glass to work in a retractable hood, it wouldn’t fit into the hood well. The eventual glass size is significantly smaller, which can impede vision.

Watch Craig do what you are wanting to do.
He has a whole series on his MGTF and he is the happiest camper on the planet.
His glass is definitely half full..in fact brimming over!
