For sale glass screened hood with frame and rear screen wires.

I put this on my car a few months back to replace my old hood with a cracked back window.

I have decided to go back to the plastic rear screen because my X-power roll hoops do not fit with this hood.

The hood is in almost new condition very clean.There is one small mark on the top,a small nick caused by the frame.I believe this was caused by me throwing the hood over my head to put it down.Since I spotted the mark I have been putting the hood down gently and it has got no worse.

The hood was supplied by MGF mania and is very good quality.I would like £200 for it please.Fitted it would almost cost double this so I think the price is fair.

Due to it's size and weight I will not be posting it. Pick up only please, I can arrange to meet up if the distance is not to great.

Just my luck for you to post this after I have just had to have a new clutch on mine.

Mine has a has hood and glass screen. Much prefer the mania one.

That looks in good condition at a decent price.
I'd wager you don't have anti jam straps, I'm told they help prevent nicks like this one (I don't and I have a nick in my newish hood - not to mention the slasher damage).

The anti jam straps were fitted with the hood, they come as standard with Peters kit.As I mentioned throwing the hood back looks cool but I wouldnt recommend it.

OK, I retract my wager 'cos I lost.

A snap of the hood wet a couple of weeks back.

Going to put it on ebay next week if there's no interest.

Hi Bob, I’m up for a new hood & I’m 10 min’s away from Accrington, the problem is that I’m on the Outer Hebrides for the next three weeks. Comm’s up here are variable to poor so contact could be problematic if you send a message, so all devices will be set to T-Bar & I will keep an eager eye out.
