TF 135 in Celestial Blue 10 years 5 months ago #133192

Hi all, I'm parting with my car. I haven't taken this decision lightly but I basically need a 4/5 seater. The TF is getting less use than it should and I know I couldn't have picked a worse time of year to sell.

Its a 2004 MG TF 135 in Celestial Blue, quite a rare colour that only appeared on the TF in 2004.
It has black 11 spoke alloys with 6 month old T1-R's, in May I had a Scorpion Cat-back system fitted brand new, a Pipercross panel filter is fitted too. The heater resistors are now ceramic and it works fine on all 4 speeds. The head gasket was done in April at the point of sale, I've done 4k miles since having the car and it is now on 66500. The rear brake pads were replaced a short time ago and front done in 2012.
The car is MOT'd until March 14, taxed until January 14. There is an 11 spoke alloy in black with a new GSD 2 fitted.
It has black leather seats with the bolster in tact, a Sony CD/MP3 player and updated door speakers. The TF handbook is present with service stamps up to April 2013. The car will come with a hard top, in black.
I'm not sure on price, but I paid £2400 for it 6 months ago and have spent a good amount on it since. I think £1800-£1995 is fair.

Any comments or specific pictures are a pleasure. Just ask!

Thanks

Scott

Having seen yours 'in the flesh' I can vouch that it really is a nice looking example.

Good luck with the sale and hope it goes to a good home. :broon:

It may help if you give your general location.
Cornwall or Northern Scotland do make a difference for viewing/ pick up.

I would be tempted at £1400. I know it's a derisory offer for such a good motor, but I would then have to try to sell my "F" which I have spent much £'s on & still runs well. ;)

A quick bump, bad time of year I guess - but I need a 'normal car'. Would there be any interest at £1700?
