I got the F back paid the bill and vowed that i would NEVER let any garage repair my cars ever again. What astounded me was the ignorance from the "mechanics" with regards to the F and MG and Rover in general.

Wasn't Halfords was it?

Always carry your phone and don't be scared to take photos and record info. I got a nice sum from Halfords who also did similar shoddy work. A call to a mobile mechanic and small amount of money paid to rectify the problems and all was well again.

Shame to be selling it but needs must.
