I recently had my engine out and exchanged rear subframe. All worked fine until I went for a new MOT which failed on emissions, second idle hi CO.

I had a good look around the card and found an open ended pipe on the RHS of the plenum chamber, adjacent to the expansion tank. It’s black rubber and about 6” long. Clearly should fit to something nearby but I can’t see where it fits.

Can anyone advise. Hopeful this photo helps identify.
