Yes it does fit . Fitted this to both my ZR and TF and as long as you are also replacing the pesky inlet manifold gasket and not forgetting to check and change hoses that look suspect . Not had a problem since .

It is recommended that when you use the n series gasket..you buy a full kit with a oil rail which has been strengthen d to accept bolts upgraded even stronger...these new head bolts have a different torque setting to those normally used on the k series engine.

Also I believe some k series engines had plastic head dowels..and replacement metal ones can be purchased.
