Hi Ben,

Peter Jones 'mgfmania' fitted mine when he did my HRW.

I suspect that it was the black one, but there's two of those. I've slept since it was fitted so I couldn't really say for sure. You could pm Peter if nobody else knows the answer. I'm sure he'd be more than happy to point you in the right direction. :yesnod:

None of those relays will directly fit.

Don't use the black one. It's a flasher unit.

The yellow ones are normally open relays and with some wires/crimp connectors can be made to work.

The red relay is a normally closed relay and won't work.

I'm not being smart, I'm trying to educate, there is a whole world of difference between fuses and relays.

Pete's right,:yesnod:

Also the fusebox in Ben's post is the later Tf one, and all the mini-relays are the same, but are not interchangeable with the relays from the earlier fuse box that Leigh has posted.
The fusebox changed, I believe in 2003.

I'm really happy that I ventured into a bitterly cold garage to take those pics at silly o'clock for Ben now.

Was only pulling a leg... :broon:

Yes so some lucky person (pendle lass) is getting a FREE relay as mine doesnt fit.

I will put it in the how-tos as the fuse box is slightly different so when I buy one ( my pocket money best stretch to £20) I'll put up a pic of what it is.
