Dulux advert?

Sorry, no, that's an old english sheep dog and not a pair of kittens.

Not a bad guess. :) Another clue.. The owner of this car is a famous ambassador of the marques and very enthusiastic about his work. ;)

He's also a closet airscarf fan. The package contains the necessary ducting / henry hoover pipe.

You might be able to buy one from him if you're lucky.

Well done David. :broon:

It's Peter Jones of MGF Mania. I phoned this morning and Peter got me straight in for a new glass rear screen and HRW switch(Heated Rear Windscreen switch). We had a good laugh and the job was a goodun in next to no time. :broon:

I used it straight away due to torrential rain and being stuck in traffic on the M6/M5 crossover. Then, I flung it down from the drivers seat without needing to get out of the car. I used to hate that bit. Especially on the motorway.

No prizes for guessing what I had done there. :)

If you have one fitted by Peter then try to pay in twenties or fifties. If you pay with tenners like I did (all 25 of them), then he'll try and get you to do a little dance for him. But that's another story.

Hope you are pleased with the results as I am. I've been to the Fortrose Classic Car Rally today and it has thrown it down between bouts of sunshine...I lost count of how many times I put the roof up or down and the glass rear screen got a lot of interest from a couple of F/TF owners. In the end demonstrating how easy it was to fold the roof became an attraction in itself!

I was smoking way too much Jan. The lap dancer story made me kinda nervous. You hear so many stories about what goes on up north in those farmyard places. It spooks you. Fortunately, the conversation soon turned to more pleasantries like Fred West and the Bristol riots, Belfast terrorism and so on. So, I soon relaxed again.
