Mgtf idle issues

How can one resolve an idle issue on mgtf 1602?

Your solution suggestions will be much appreciated.

The  1.6 K series engine used in the 110 MGF and 115 MG TF  was nominally 1585 cc. When you say yours is 1602 does this designate it has been overbored at some point ?

How lumpy really is the idle ?
