I got a new radiator and stainless cooling pipes for my 04 tf,,,,,,,,,,glad i did because the rad looked half decent untill the bumper was off and slam panel removed it was knackerd,,,,it had bowed up at the top mount and bowed down at the lower mounts...........resulting in the electric fan cowling streched and the blades had been catching outer case................the old fan then did not meet the holes on new rad so a new replacment fan on its way.......not 100% what has caused it more investigation needed when i get round to fitting :pop:
