The silver panel on the mk2 F door card. Do I need to remove the door card to get this off or can it just be pulled from the inside.

Don't want to just pull it if it's gonna break. I'm assuming it is removable :-?

You need to pop the whole card off to get to the clips.

at the back you will find some none removable clips .....paaahhhh.......lever 1 or 2 of the little tabs out of the way on each clip , it then slides off the pin easy .........for reattachment bend them back and place them on the pin and use a socket to push them back down
