Does this just annoy me?
I've just looked at a used dealer website, purely out of interest and noticed a quote they had made.
"please note: when buying these cars always get proof that the head gasket has been upgraded recently and the bill is at least £700+. Anything under it has not been done properly"
Am I too sensitive or is that just a little bit naughty?

Posted 11 years 9 months ago #69314What is not understood is a statement that if you don't spend over £700 on a head gasket it hasn't been done right.
I could write a long list a lot of head gasket jobs costing £700- £1600 that were a complete and utter botch up!
