Trouble is, it is now a thriving industry, just like steel making used to be, employs a lot of people and makes £££££££££££££££s for some. Far too big to dismantle overnight. It has also become very political now that there is little else to hang your hat on. Everyone is fighting to become the peoples champion on this regardless of the provenance of their claims.

I really hope it gathers momentum though and doesn't just "disappear"

Seems that leaked emails show faked, tampered or biased info. used in reports from the Climate Research Unit at university of East Anglia into which HM Gov. has pumped millions. These reports are used internationally as a benchmark for current thinking.
Usual suspects- It's the Russions what done it to destablise the West.

So would I, but some people are in a panic and will clutch at any straw in an effort to defend themselves, however wild it may seem to you and I.
