Do you always spill the oil or washer bottle fluid when topping up? Chop the bottom off a milk bottle to make a handy, makeshift funnel. Don't forget to rinse it clean before use though.

The job's a good un. :)

an old cola bottle works as well, at least a 1 litre, 1.5 litre is better. Pete

When I was in Singapore last I picked up a collapsible silicone funnel from a Japanese Shop - works a treat. I will see if I can get some more for people if you're interested when I go back next month.... was a few quid I think. I'll dig it out of the boot and take a picture.

I know Tipper. The place is full of 'penny pinchers'!

What's more concerning is that we'll have to send a search party out for Adam. if he's not back soon. His boot must be one hell of a size!. :)

In my defence, the funnel mod was from my earlier days at 'the Darkside'. Those novice days before I elevated to more advanced modding such as clingfilm mods and washer bottle return valves.

Why thank you very much Tui. It means a lot to me when beautiful young ladies compliment me on my great tips. :)

I've used this 'ghetto mod' a few times now. It's very handy in stopping nasty spillages. Did anybody use it on the Italian run or anywhere else yet?
