Right back again and that ugly building in the background of your picture andy1970h is the Torre Velasca. I visited Milan and thankfully somehow managed to miss it.

So the city is Milan.

The body of water? Perhaps it's where the Milanese like to go on the weekend, Lake Garda

I have a real 'nerdy' challenge ready and waiting, however, since we've had requests for a few 'non-nerdy' challenges, this one is a plain simple Guess where it is ... the setting for this old Midget ad....

What I found amusing is the slogan

You can do it in an MG

What?, the bloke got a parking ticket and is able to chat up a traffic warden, someone nobody else wants to speak to Brilliant

These old MG adverts are just awful and look like most of them were thought up in the pub late one Friday night.

That, well the location, was my one after next so I'm declaring myself out of this one. At some stage I reckon we need to change the title of this thread to

'Everything you ever wanted to know related directly or tenuously to MG's but were to afraid to ask'
