Diet Depression... 13 years 10 months ago #14162

Uurgh it's weighing day today and I've had such a bad week diet wise! Been exercising but I caved in more than once to those cadburys caramel biscuits.

I did well for a change... So I'm being rewarded with Fudge and Muffins! I'm sure you didn't do too bad.

Did you see my post above about books? xx

Don't get depressed mate, it is just counterproductive. It's the long haul that matters.

But you lost 1lb, which is better than putting on 1lb.

Until late last year Indian, Vindaloo,( call me Lister), could eat it morning noon and night, then had a takeaway with rice that must have been reheated. I was ill for five days and since then have had curry three times and don't enjoy it. Italian has now taken over and I don't mean just Pizza and after a week in Spain Tapas follows close. When in Edinburgh HAGIS there is a butcher in Comley Bank that four generations of my family have been going to magnificent!
