Thanks for the comments guys :-)
I'm just glad I have completed my little project. And I'm happy most of you think it's cool.

I used to own a nice MGF Trophy in red with the black front headlights :-)
I drove it to the south of France one year. Was great fun!

Not for me;

Design is all about order and proportion, some shapes are subliminary naturally inspired and if you create a pleasing design then don't deviate too far from it.

A true British icon like Aston Martin do that very well (as below the link to Megafactories)

Thanks for popping over and :welcome: to the T-Bar.

The F/TF has to be a fantastic base for kit car, perhaps you now have a little more spare time you could give it some thought?

Good luck with the Bertini and all your future projects :broon:

I take your point Badger.
If I had a blank canvas the Bertini would have looked slightly different. Small compromises had to be made as the body panels had to fit the donor and I used existing lights from other manufacturers. In an ideal world I would have had very slightly larger headlights and tail lights with more modern LEDs and possibly rounded off corners. However I have tried to make the design work within these constraints. I wanted to make a car that was different. Not a slight modification from an existing design. There are lots of great looking cars out there. Sadly for the cost if developing my kit I could have change from a really nice aston or ferrari. I know the Bertini won't be to everyone's taste but I'm glad some of you like it.

To be fair, the more I see it, the more I like it. :broon:
