I dont see much evidence of skillz just D.L.A.C , as above he's in georgia so will just pay off the copper that stops him and carry on doing it until either his bavarian granada blows up or he kills himself , hopefully the two are combined and happen soon

I think the Silver BMW that's with him is Police, the way it's lights are flashing when it's parked at 7min45secs look decidedly plod.

Nahh. that's just LED lights not playing well with the frame rate of the camera.

I can just imagine 18 year old Corsa drivers all over the country thinking "Hmmm, I can do that". :nonod:
