MGF Wind Break 9 years 10 months ago #145562

Hi all good people.

Please can anyone help.
I have bought a wind break for my "F" and am struggling to fit it. I have tried Dieters site but the link is not working.
Attached is the picture of the one I own, with the 2 brackets as shown in the top section of the drawing.

Thanks in advance

Do you have both parts of the bracket?
There is an L shaped piece that fits to a bolt under the T bar, then the flat piece joins this and the bottom of the windstop.

I don't suppose you know any measurements for these as it looks like I will have to get some made.

Looking at dieters site, it gives drawings on remanufacturing the mounting brackets for the wind deflector. Has anyone made any of these?

I have an original MG Rover windstop. It came without brackets. I just put the windstop in place and made brackets to fit. :pop:

I have an OEM windstop but after my holiday abroad when the temp. was around 85*, it was better not using it :yesnod:
You need as much cooling at these temps. as poss. Windows down & a clear view behind.
Obviously there is a benefit in the UK  but not an essential piece of equipment.
