Cant help on the make of hardtop, but looks good.
Sounds a bit like my history with the Midgets, bought one for the wife, few years back. Rusted out. I bought all the panels, even down to the spring hanger boxes. As I started stripping back the rust got worse and the spring boxes were the final straw. So complicated and way beyond my MIG welding skills. So in the end I sold the bits and scrapped the body!!!
The TF will bring a smile on your face, handle and go so much better than the Midgets, have fun in the summer.
