Ok guys welcome to the Cannock Chase Cruise

Sorry the weathers not brilliant but we make up for it
Ourselves,

Right a brief out lay of the plan is a shortish drive to the German war cemetery with a short stay for those interested in the cemetery, then a 10 min drive to Shugborough hall and hopefully a chance to take photos..

Then a fair drive towards Uttoxeter down some really nice roads to the Blithfield reservoir (time for ice cream) then another stunning run back onto Cannock chase, to one of the highest viewpoints in Staffordshire, style cop have another chance for photos..

A short drive to the ash tree pub for a meal ,costs start around £11,00 But it is 2 for 1 ..

Now please be aware this is my first attempt at anything like this, so fingers crossed

Enjoy your selves and respect other road users and if it’s a success hope to plan more in the future

Sorry to miss this as its on our doorstep! Sue's post op pains are not conducive to bouncing around in the TF at the mo'. Healing is taking much longer than we thought.

Thanks - Baby Girl is all up and running at the moment let's hope she doesn't let me down in the morning.

Spent the last 2 days making sure i'll make this one - clutch ok , fan belt sorted so you shouldn't hear me screaming down the road , exhaust attached and tracking done so i should go in a straight line and not spin her again.

Checked the weather and BBC says it's not going to rain until around 3pm - so we'll stay dry and i won't need the plastic bags/towels until then .

I even washed her today see you in the morning

Thanks LT for sorting out a great run. Baby Girl did me proud getting me there and back and not holding you speed monsters up to much and as a bonus on the way home her Water Temp Guage worked - ALL THE WAY shame the horn has now broke - but i'm not moaning Mark says it just means i have to shout louder at all the "not so considerate" drivers.
