Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday

So as some of you may know, for the last 9 years I have been receiving help from Combat Stress the Ex Forces Mental Health Charity for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This Sunday I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon for them, it's something that even 12 months ago would have been impossible for me to even consider doing. It's fair to say that without there help and support i wouldn't be here now. If your in Cardiff on Sunday or will be watching the race on BBC Wales then look out for runner number 21853, and don't be afraid to come up and say hello. It's 11 years since i did any form of running so i'll be near the back :lol:

Incredible day, the weather was perfect, and i managed to raise £250.00 for my charity, definitely need to improve on my time though!
