Ormskirk Motorfest 2014, August 24th
The Ormskirk MotorFest returns to the streets on Sunday 24 August .
About 10,000 people are expected to enjoy the free motoring extravaganza, which will feature between 250 and 300 superb vehicles on display. These include 1950s bubble cars, rally, racing and stock car competition vehicles, and classic, vintage and competition motorcycles.
The static displays will be on Moor Street, Aughton Street and Coronation Park. The Santa Pod Raceway Top Fuel Dragster proved a huge hit with visitors last year and will once again be stood on Coronation Park. Other vehicles that are sure to attract a crowd include rally and stock car competition vehicles and many will take part in the parade laps.
Other attractions on the day include a Vintage and Handmade Fair in the town centre.
