No offence, but it's quite amazing how colours can end up being called something totally wrong!

There is no such definitive colour as British Racing Green, and no matter which end of the spectrum you come from, so many racing cars of many, many years ago when racing in international competitions where competing cars were painted in a colour to represent their country which in England's case was a green colour. Many of the competing teams such as Vanwall, Cooper, BRM & Lotus all used different shades of green and furthermore one thing is for certain, none of them were ever metallic green.

But back to the OP, a truly beautiful looking and immaculate TF, but my preference for the shade of green is always the dark metallic green as owned by BRG MG TF most especially when fitted with a cream leather interior.

Agreed that there is no definitive BRG, but personally, the shade that the 20s and 30s racing Bentkeys were painted does it for me! Maybe also the racing D types of the 50s.
It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

I drank real absinthe in Eastern Europe in the 90s. That was green. After five glasses so was I.
