I mainly use PaintShop Pro for quick adjustments to photos but also use a free bit of software which is very easy to use and has some nice features. The program is Paint.NET and I have put a few of the effects into a slide show so you can quickly see some of the things you can do in a couple of clicks - Click this link to go to Slideshow

hmmm, I usually use Paint Shop Pro, but this is a neat piece of software, might have to give it more attention. Thanks for the heads up.
