So collected Bogey this Monday from Glasgow. Was a 250 mile road trup to collect it. As was well. Only problem is high revs on idle. So the plan is to get cracking with swapping my parts over from the blue TF then flog it and keep the green one.

So heres some pics of where it all starts. Watch this space. I will be busy on Saturday.

:woohoo:

This is a pic when I was on the way home from the services:

And some of the interior:

The 04 blue TF and Bogey having a party:

A running cost spreadsheet will be updated too so that when it looks good I can put a cost to it and help towards the agreed insurance valuation:

Houston we have a problem.. . Steam in the engine bay when I parked up, a quarter of the expansion tank had gone. Went under the car and dripping water. Topped up and left for 10 mins then limped home. Will check it out on the ramps at the weekend. For now the blue TF will be coming out to play again

Thinking split hose or inlet manifold. There is a BRAND NEW gasket in the boot maybe the previous owner knew about it? Either way I'll fix or will get it sorted with my car cover :) :broon:

Had a brief message with Russell and he might be able to sort it when I know what's up. :broon:

Todays tinkering... Interior swap, carbon door caps, fog light taken out of the blue TF. All stainless bolts off the blue one onto the green one. Found some dodgy wiring in the cockpit though
