Does it replace the carpet? What's the screwdriver for.. Does it need to be screwed down?

I've got one of these, they just sit on top of existing carpet.

Surely it cant just sit on the carpet the idea of a piece of loose sheet metal behind your head in a collision don't sound good I know there the headrest and possibly the wind stop in between but even so.

Just think how wonderful this would look with matching checker board front mats................

Classy !

May have to re-think my Reborn car after seeing this !

Right, .......... rip out the carbon Daryl, and fit sticky back chrome immediately !

These shiney things are a good case for plasti-dipping to suit your cars colour. I wouldn't spray my whole car, I don't have the skills, but I might spray this so that it couldn't be seen from space or blind a jet pilot taking off.

It can be had with a specially sharpened leading edge to add to the guillotine effect :)

But seriously I agree, this looks like a head injury waiting to happen if it's not properly secured.
Back with front wheel drive and 181HP at the wheels :)

I'd be interested in a MDF cut out of this? What did you do just trace over the carpet? Piece of MDF primed then carbon wrapped :)

Jobs a good un! ;)

Realistically, it would have to get past both seatbelt reels and a section of inner bodywork before it got to the TBar and head rests.
