just signed up. I appear to only be the 5th member to join. I didn't realise how exclusive it is. I've sent Rayb a PM as it may be of interest to him although I think his ZR may be up for sale.

I've not started to promote the site as there are a couple of issues to sort out. Nothing thats stops it being used though.
The selling of .org and the xpower forums has spurred me though, Yesterday i uploaded 1.2GB of official MGR Press photo's and in the process of setting up the links

even then it takes a while to get a site busy assuming it succeeds at all.

I think the problem is that everyone is so happy here, that they do not actually think about going there
Personally I have seen this happen too many times, a new forum opens on the back of an established one and it either splits the good one, or just does not take off at all

Re the sale of .org, a Canadian who does not even own an MG buying a very British forum dedicated to what was a very British car
All a tad confusing, but no doubt it was a lucrative deal and as they say money talks

Who know they might even get some decent moderators over there

Along the lines of what i was thinking, The angle i had in mind wasn't for the members here to go there, But for the other MGR owners to have the same experience that us F and TF owners have here. You'll notice there is no F section at MG Crowd

Great for people like me where the TF is not my only interest!

alan you are right i am selling the zr , its a lovely motor but i miss the the f/tf open top driving it gave me a grin factor that sadly my impulse buy can not
