Original lights are sooooo much better! Penelope Mk1 had Lexus lights and was one of the first things to get changed.

Good news!
Jan, did you get an advisory note on milky lights? if not they cannot be that bad. I did so will have to go down the re-silvering route unless i can work out a way to fit HID's

No, no advisory, although they have had a very good clean,not sure if that makes any difference, so new headlights are on hold for the moment 
Yes Rich a real relief, it was interesting if slightly nerve wracking to watch though

I am going to attempt to put the rubber hosing in my newish door seals, (changing them this week as mine are rather flat) the water seriously came through on my passenger side this last few days
