Wonder how many thousands of extra sales dated 30th Sept the DVLA will have to deal with? We pick up our tf tomorrow but the V5 is dated Tuesday to keep the 7 months tax on the car!

I've removed mine and feel strangely liberated. However, I've put the disc in the glovebox with the other car documents....partly to remind me when it runs out and partly because after all this time I can't really believe that it's gone for good!

PS, found a red flag in the glove box...what's that all about?

My last tax on the F ran out in February, when I put it back on the road in June I never got around to putting the new disc in, in is still by the front door.

The tax on the ZR has been sitting on the dash board shelf for months.

Home to black Alfa Romeo 159 3.2 V6 Q4 ,green MGF VVC and red MG Maestro T16.

been out and taken mine off and put it with all my other discs back to 1983

I'm also wondering what to put in the alloy tax disc holder. Like CJJ's solution, but s T-bar logo would be even better. May have a play during the rainy days.
Did any one get impacted by the crash of the DVLA site on the 1st? I was struggling to get 2 cars SORNed before a flew out to Lisbon for work. drove me mad!

Nice Bertl, would prefer the t-bar logo to be bigger across the Middle of the circle. After all it will be on a TF so the picture of a car is not so important!

...was only a five minute sketch, let me do some more versions.

btw, could one be so kind to confirm the diameter of a tax disc? Is it 90mm?
